Default Lowering question

Guys (and gals ) - I'm sorry to post another thread about something that has probably been covered millions of times, but I've searched and am simply confused about lowering options/possibilities

How much can the car be lowered just by turning the bolt with no cutting of any bushings? (any?)

How much by cutting bushings but using stock hardware?

When is aftermarket hardware required?

Many thanks!
Jon

I cut my back bushing about 2/3 and did not cut the front and I have 2 fingers from the top of the tires to the bottom of the fenders all the way around!

Lowering on stock hardware will give 3/4 to 1" frt or rear. Cutting 2/3 off front bushings will give up to 2 " or a little more. Don't cut rear bushings. If you want more that the stock 1" get longer rear bolts and lower as much as you want. I found that over 2" with F45 scrapes too much and bottoms out the shocks.

Lowered right at 1" all around without cutting any bushings.
