If you notice the car has been lowered to about 2 inches clearance so the front airdamn is blocking the passenger front tire, that is the story I am going with. I was think about the passaenger tire also when I was cutting out the template but finally went with not showing it since it is not shown in the drawing.

It take about 2 hours to make one and about 15 minute of that time is unhooking and rehooking the blade. As for the size I am limit to 16 inches in length due to the size of the scroll saw arm. There are some scroll saw that have a 3 to 4 ft arms but they take up a lot of room and space.
