Default Explanation on codes, please

i had a few codes popped up a few days ago..i have the chart for what the codes mean, but need some more explanations..

p0102: maf sensor circuit low frequency..????
p0608: vehicle speed output circuit??????(very curious..)

i have blackwing, kooks headers w/ cats, & stinger..also got a code p0420, which tells me "catalyst low efficiency..

also, how can i permanentaly erase previous codes from dcm???

sorry for the double posting..i am desperate..
I found that the best thing to do is click on search and type in the code in the search box. It usually turns up some info. I'm pretty impatient when it comes to that, so thats the quickest way for me.
