[Z06] Fog light bracket keeps coming off.

Fog light bracket keeps coming off.
I've had my Fog lights for almost a year and my drivers' side brocket keeps coming off. First time it happened I bought a new unit thinking the bulb burned out. Went in to install it, and noticed the bracket fell off. So I put the bracket back, and since then it has happened twice more. I don't use the U-clip nut thing (or what ever you call it). I bought the little stud nut thing, placed it in the proper hole and bolted in the bracket. It's the stud nut that keeps falling out of place with the bolt still properly screwed in. Any ideas how to keep it from falling off. Any ideas are greatly appreciated, It's kind of a pain in the **** to have to keep putting the bracket back in. And a little side note...I did the same for the passenger side that that one has never come off. Thanks

I havent done the fog lights yet .. but if i had to guess I would say you need locktite. The fairly stiff suspension is probably loosening up the nut over time. I would also guess there is something different in the other bolt/nut that is making it stay a bit tighter, probably a fraction difference in widths or something. I am sure you will get the answer you need from the forum.
