You need to add an "/" to your second image tag...[/IMG]. Your picture will then show up.
I copy/pasted the link and saw the pic. It is impossible to compare the two covers just from your picture. There are SEVERAL materials used for covers. Some are very good outdoor (severe condition protection) fabrics and then there are indoor only fabrics. And MANY fabrics in between. Your decision should be based on what you need from your cover.
