Default How smooth does yours idle?

Thought I would pop the question out there for everyone. I have the Delco Iridiums, fairly new, and my engine seems to idle minimully rough, but not bad. Wondered if anyone had discovered a combo of wires/plugs/intake etc. that idles the smoothest of all. Discuss

From what I can tell, the car has a slight rough idle to it. Both my '99 and now my '00 have been the same.

Yep, my 2000 is definately a little rough. Not as smooth as my LT1. I don't mind, gives it a muscular feel!

I've got a suggestion...put a G5X3 cam in and at least make that minimally rough idle worth while.

I wondered the same thing about the idle on my 04. I figured they were all like that since it is a Vette and not a Lexus. It does give it a muscular feel to let you know it's alive.

The slightly rough idle seems to be normal in the C5. I had my car for about a week and took it into the Chevrolet dealer and complained about the rough idle. The technician came out from the shop and looked at me like I was some kinda idiot. He said, “What he heck do you expect? The car has 350 HP. Do you expect it to idle like a Lexus?” I thanked him for his time and gracefully left.
