Stupid Question --- Ceramic Pads

Stupid Question --- Ceramic Pads
Got mine from GMPartsDirect.com this afternoon, and nothing on the box designates ceramic. Inside the box the pads look like normal pads and no color variation or noticable difference. How do you tell ??

true ceramic pads have a copper color tint instead of a silver or carbon color. I went to the locale NAPA store and purchased true ceramic pads and installed them and have driven about four thousand miles and they are great no noise and no brake dust.
