If you have small hands, you can first shift the brake duct down, then reach right in and turn off the burned bulb/connector, and pull it out through the duct hole.
Replace the bulb, then reconnect it. Just did it this way on mine, took 2 minutes.

As long as yer arms are not too big and if they're long enough, raise your lights, rotate your light switch back one notch to shut off your headlights, remove the three screws that hold on the black plastic headlight close-out panel and slowly and carefully remove it. If need be, shine a flashlight down inside the fender and you will see the wires and sockets for both the DRL, and the side marker light. They are separate lights. The DRL is the bigger of the two. You will only be able to use one arm/hand for this, but reach down inside, squeeze the locking ring on the socket and rotate it at the same time. When it comes free, you will have to pull the old bulb out of the socket. It may seem difficult to do with one hand, but if you take your time, it can be done. I've done this a couple of times myself. Install the new bulb in the socket, (here again using one hand), re-insert and twist to lock (1/4 turn).
Some guys like to go in through the brake duct and push it (the duct) back and over to one side, then reach up in and do basically the same thing. Either one of these require using just one hand.
The factory says to remove the screws underneath the bumper on the affected side and remove the close-out panel underneath. This usually involves jacking the car up to get enough room, supporting it properly, and all the yadda yadda that goes with working on a jacked up vehicle.
Take yer pick.
