Attended the Effingham show over the weekend and saw a c5 vert with chrome sport bars/rollbar and thought they looked great with the chrome wheels. Thinking about getting a set -- any opinions?

I have seen these in several convertibles and they look great but WCC advertises them for a coupe and hardtop. I think not !! I have better places to spend my $400 on my FRC than on hoops that no one will see and will only get in the way. Just my .02
I too like the looks of the hoops, and may get them some day. That being said, IMO if we saw a car other then a CORVETTE with shiny fake roll bars, we would be calling it rice.
The other day it was some billet gas cap door and now it's more bolt on stuff. Ask yourself if you would pay extra for any of these mods...most just turn off buyers. A mod with a real purpose (shocks, head/cam, etc.) is far different than cosmetic changes...but most reduce the value of the car anyway.
If you like it do it, why can't some people accept cosmetic mods???? If some you are only interested in speed and not looks why did some of you get a vette?? If you wanted speed only you should have bought a hunk of junk for about $500 thrown a $7000.00 racing motor in it and you would probably be running 10's or less. Obviously all of us are also interested in appearance!!!!! There now I feel better, back to my cave
By the way that vert is great looking!!!!!!!!!!! It also has the mods in question and it sets the car appart from others........
