Default Need HID Installation Instructions

I'm going to have my HID 6000k kit installed tomorrow.I bought the kit from Matt Banks at Banks performance. Can somebody please provide me with instructions for a clean install. Much appricated. Greg

it's "plug and play"!
and self explanitory, took me a total of 15min to do both sides.


are you having someone do it for you?

They are plug and play.

I installed the bulbs by turning the headlights on so the doors go up, then turn the headlights off leaving the parking lights on. The doors stay up. Remove the black headlight surround. (3 phillips heads screws)
You can now reach in and get access to the bulbs.

You take the low beam bulb out of the housing and disconnect the wiring plug that goes to it. You plug this wire to the HID ballast.
Mount the ballast with the double stick tape either on the frame rail or under the light housing. Put the HID bulb into the light housing. It is a
1/4 turn. Make sure you have it in properly or the light beam will be wayyyyyy off. It should be very close if correct. Plug the other lead from the ballast to the HID bulb. It took me about 20 minutes.
