C5 woodworking items
Since there are so many newbies I thought I would post some of the items that I make of the C5 and other cars out of wood. The cutouts are about 15 inches by 8 inches an the emblems aabout the same size. The cutouts take about 2 hours to make while the emblems take about 4 hrs.
In the past I have given a few items away in draws so I am thinking I will be giving a few away in a contest in the next few months and I plan to maybe have a few other cutouts from the front angle.
That's some excellent work, Zilla.
What brand scroll saw do you have?
I have a Hegner saw that I haven't used for a couple years now.
After viewing your work , it makes me want to blow the dust off and get at it again.

Well I can't really take credit for the avatars since I didn't produce the ladies in the avatar but i guess it could be fun to try. I have some other avatars but am scared to but them up incase someone steal them and uses them as there own. Also there has been someone that copies my avatars and modifies the saying I have on them for their own satisfaction

I have a sears craftmans scroll saw like the one in the pic below. What I have found out is that the blade makes all the difference in the world. I was using Vermont blades but switched to Delta blades w/ Reverse Teeth similar to the picture below it give a much better cut.
