Front license plate
N.J. requires a front and rear plate on cars,you all know how ugly that looks on a Vette. I mounted my front plate to the front facia using the two holes that were already there. Then I took the Corvette name plate and attached it to the car using velcro.So now the Corvette name plate shows all the time. If I get stopped by the police for no front plate I just pull the name plate off to expose the license plate

Yes many have done that. I prefer the peace of mind that I am not breaking the law and therefore not attracting every LEO in the area. And, mounted with the surround, it doesn't look that bad once you get used to it.

I have a painted surround by Kewl and it really looks good.
