Loose Door Latch
Need help! My driver's side door latch is loose. The rivets that hold the latch to the door have slid. I have tried repositioning the latch but the rivets just slide right back over. Is there a way this can be fixed or do I need to buy a new door?

Have you tried to access the works of the door by taking the interior door panel off? Very detailed instructions on how to do this is found at www.vetteessentials.com, and look for door handle installation. Don't know if this will solve the specific problem, but it will certainly help make it visible. Not hard nor time consuming to do either. Good Luck.
