I have FLP's which are obviously a bit shorter on the collector ends but you should be able to get the plate in with no problem. Check out my install page below.

I'm not sure about this. I was looking at my under carriage the last time
I had it on a lift and remember thinking it was good thing I put in the Heat
Master shield when I did. I didn't think I'd be able to it with LG's LT headers
installed. They come down into the exhaust channel and I don't see how
you could get to the front bolts on the heat shield without dropping the
headers.... The thing to do it get the car off the ground and take a look.
Good luck, hope you can!
How diffulcult is the install of the plate with LG headers? Do the headers have to come off?
It's a royal PITA! I installed the plate with the LG's on. I disconnected the section aft of the header collectors and moved it out of the way. It was a huge struggle to get the plate in with the headers in place. I scratched the plate up quite a bit trying to maneuver it around the collectors and into place. I was not, however, going to take the headers off as I just didn't want to disturb them and have to put them back in place. The plate can be done with the LG's on, but in my case it was tough.
LAPD says their CNC cut plate is cleaner. Elite Engineering says their laser cut plate is just as good and cost less. If you get the aluminum version from both they use the same type of metal stock and thickness. So only the type of cut is different.
ive got the abs one too and i was wondering if my o2s are goin to hit up front. W/ the thin stock one i had to dent the plate in to clean the tops of the o2s w/ my dynatech headers. Im sure w/ this thicker piece iw ill have to cut holes, anyone does this?
Thanks
