Ok, ever since I've put on my Stingers and CAGS bypass, I've noticed a loud "CLUNK" coming from the rear end whenever I'm accelerating slowly in 1st. Has anybody else ever heard this or have any ideas what it might be? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with something I might have done while installing the exhaust.

send a PM to lager99 he just recently had a clunking sound from the rear. He had some work done and they removed the tire and I think it was related to the spindle. He would be able to clarify the the problem a little more but mention to him you don't want to kow about his bowel movements, he gets them confused
I had a similar problem when I put on my PRT exhaust, for part of the install the sway bar was loosened (I was going to have it done at a shop, when he started loosening all bolts on the sway bar I had him drop it and took it home).. When I installed the new exhaust, I was getting a clunk as well.... Turned out to be one of the end links on the sway bar was not tightened enough (one that the yo-yo had undone). Once I tightened it, no more problem.....

Being exhaust related I would agree with the sway bar....however...after I had my alignment & wheels balanced I had a clunk from the left rear. I took of the hub nut, it's big...I want to say 27mm + you need an impact to get it off, and sprayed it out with WD-40 and put it back on. Clunk gone. It's bizarre but it works.
I too had a noise after I put on my stingers. Although mines more of a loud, heavy clunky rattle, almost like the rear hatch is not closed all the way, but it is. Still can't figure out what is it though.
