Slave Cylinder
Hey i hope u guys can help me..I need to replace my slave cylinder and need to know a few things..With the Z06 slave work with a Mcleod twin disc clutch? Secondly how hard of a job is it to replace the slave? Does the torque tube and tranny need to come out? How much is a new slave and does anyone here have a new one they want to sell...One that has not been installed...Thanks...

I wanted to hear the answer to this... as I have friend that is having a problem, smoking his clutch after several road racing laps.
You might want to repost this in one of the racing forums where people are pusting their Vettes at a level that require this change to be made.

To change the clutch master cylinder, you need to remove the left front tire, remove the wheel well aft small panel.
