Active Handling - Balancer - Rack Question????
Why is it that when I had harmonic balancer changed on 99 C5 that I have Active Handing warming up and service soon light on DTC. Mechanic took the rack out of frame & this problem started at same time. Is there something amiss?? we are overlooking as everthing is plugged back up!

Does your mechanic know anything about C5s? I would check the steering wheel position before anything else. When the rack is out it is easy to get the steering wheel turned. To the eye it will look OK but to the steering wheel position sensor it will be 360 degrees out. The ABS, Traction Control and Active Handling all depend on the steering wheel position sensor.
