Default Lowering 2002 C5

Would like to lower the car about 1 inch to trim up the wheel gaps a bit. Do I need anything special to lower both the front and rear of the car? Or is the car already equipped to lower it? I ask because I see kits that are for sale to lower the rear of the car.

Also, how much can you lower the car with the factory bolts?

Got to cut the front bushings and put 6 1/2 bolts in the rear to go this low:

We need pics, when it lowered!

My 97 was lowered by the previous owner. I knew something wasn't right when I picked up my 04 Z and it didn't scrape on any thing. I had no problems at stock height with any speedbumps, driveways or other obstacles. That's when I knew it was time to lower the Z. I don't really have any problems with it lowered. I only scrape the air foil which doens't hurt any thing.
