Default Switched Power Lead?

My 01 had a nice little aux power plug under the the pass. side
floor. But apparently sometime after that, GM eliminated it.
My 04 doesn't have it.

Has anyone found a nice switched power line for the radar detector?

Answered this before but here goes. In my 04 just installed the V1.
Go to Auto Zone. Pick up the mini add-a-circuit. Remove the pass side floor panel (easy). Remove fuse cover and look for a blank fuse outlet that has power only with the ign on. Plug in the add-a-circuit and 10 amp fuse (supplied). Wire your unit's power line into the wire protruding from the add-a-circuit and ground the unit. remove the pass side kick panel and snake the unit wire up through windshield pillar (use a small blade screwdriver and pry slightly). You're done. Very easy and takes about 30 minutes. Good Luck.
