I got by defeat device from Mid America. I was looking under the car today. Is the trans in front of the rear crossmember, which means putting a jack there will block access to it. If I buy Rhino ramps, is that high enough to do this job? Is it best installed from the back or side? Do you need to pull wheel if from the side ? Thanks
I installed mine while I had the car up installing the Borlas. If you jack at the cross-member, be sure to insert jackstands - don't trust the jack. I put mine (jackstands) under the spring brackets.

If you have a floor jack, you should be able to get the car high enough to install the CAGS eliminator. Yes, the tranny is right in front of the rear differential and the eliminator goes on the drivers side up near the top. Easy to spot from under the car. Be sure to use jack stands for safety.
