Convertible Antenna Disable

Convertible Antenna Disable
I bought XM radio so don't need the antenna going up and down everytime the ignition is turned on. Does anyone know the easiest was to disable? Perhaps a fuse, or location of the connector?

If I'm not mistaken you can take the back panel out in the pass. side cargo and cut the pink wire. I think I saw a thread were someone put a switch on it so it would only go up when they wanted it to

Just put a switch in the pink wire, I put my switch in place of the ashtray

Yep, I did the same thing. I accessed the pink wire in the trunk located by the antenna motor and then ran wires under the carpet to the center console. I put a radio shack soft push (Looks like a nitro button) in the piece that holds the traction control button. I listen to CD's most of the time so my antenna stays down unless I hit my $3 button. Have fun.
