This is of my car that I put up on eBay. I got it cleaned up today and took some more photos...it happened to be under a tree shading the right side of the car in the photo. That left the direct sunlight only on half the paint so you can see the "pace car purple" right next to the "radar blue"
My wife's 95 Blazer is that color. I was pumping gas one day and some guy, out of the blue, was looking at 'Barney Blazer' and said, "I really don't like the color of that thing." I said back, "You know, so there's no mistake, I want you to know that I could care less what you think of this color. Anyway, I bought this Blazer for my wife because she likes the color. It's a lot more important to me that she likes it than you."
He turned away and continued to pump his gas without a response.
Cool pic Good luck with the sale. Hoping to see pics of the showcar. Your cars always look good so she should be a winner...any sneak preview?
Paul
She's not ready for a preview yet Hopefully in the next month, the paint will go on, then the pics will begin...I would guess it will take me about a year to finalize all the changes to it to get them exactly the way I want. It'll probably go through a few interior changes, as well as wheel and engine bay changes
This pace car did have some engine goodies, but it's been returned to stock to resell it...
I was just so surprised when I got the photos back on the computer and it showed the blue and purple so distinctly right next to one another. You can usually see them both, but it'll be mixed among the curves of the car. I've got a few other photos that came out similarly and I was just excited and had to share
Thanks to all with the best wishes, someone will likely get a great price on this beauty!
Great looking car! I just looked at ALL the photos. Very nice. I'd love to buy it but just can't now. A year from now, I'd probably be talking to you about it.
