Brake Service

On my 2000 Seville when I needed the brakes service I got a warning message. Will I get a similar message on my 2003 coupe's DIC.

there are a lot of things that "brake service" could be... are you talking about pads & rotors?

are you sure that the service brakes message was for routine maintenance?
I have never heard of that before....
Are you sure you didnt have another problem and they serviced the brakes while they were at it.
I am pretty sure that your vette has no such feature.

There is a wear indicator in the pads and they will start to squeal when the pads are about done...

Don't think the Vette has any warning message for worn out pads. Will just start squeeling.
