Hey Timothy I live in Slidell and most of us use Dorr's Automotive on Gause Blvd. He does great work and his specialty is vettes. Keith Dorr has supercharged many vehicles including vettes. He owns 13 vettes himself and one of them is supercharged. His phone number is 985-876-3774. Tell him Greg Peterman sent you and he will take good care of you.

Tim I am not sure as I am not much of a mechanic. He is a great guy, just call him and ask your questions. I know most modified corvettes on the northshore are done by him.

Default turbocharging

Don't know that supercharging is the way to go, I personally have an 02 ZO6 with twin turbos and from what the numbers are showing turbo is the way to go. You have to understand that it takes power to make power with a supercharger and with turbos that is not the case. You can make 50 to 100 hp move to the back wheels with turbos. the kits are advertized for 1k discount the month of oct.. This is a twin turbo kit, my car dynoed at 7.25 lbs of boost at 600 at the rear wheels on stock internals with 13degrees timing and a/f ratio at 11.5/1 on standard pump gas. If interested let me know at 864-616-1177. Good luck with whatever you do.

Default Supercharging

There are several dealers in Texas who handle and install the MagnaCharger superchargers.

Would this be the Charged Air kit? What kit are you talking about?

There's also Thunder Racing in Baton Rouge. They are a supporting vendor/tuner as well. Here's the link:
