Exactly which piece do you mean by 'window module', I can look up the part number (if you need it) with a more detailed description.

OUR PRICE: $148.05
DESCRIPTION: MOD-F/CON
Unless you're sure it's the control module, another possibility (depending on your symptoms) is a broken wire in the accordian looking tube at the front end of the door. Just FYI before you spend the $.
Thanks again...
BTW I hjave been trying to get a price from GM PArts direct for a week with no luck at all
Here are the schematics for the passenger side door: page 1, page 2
I'd start by checking fuses 30 and 31. Swap them out with known good fuses.
Once you know the fuses are good try this. Open the door half way, take the door panel off (leave the switch connected), pull back the accordian cover over the wires, then hold down a button or two and tug/pull/poke/push/wiggle the wires and connectors to see if anything happens. If you get any movement from something electrical then you just have a broken wire somewhere.
If that doesn't work, or even if it does, take the plugs off of the control module and check to verify that you have + and - voltage where you should have it. You can use any $10 multimeter to check the pins on the end of the connectors. Look at this page for C1 C2 C3 and this page for C4 to see the connector end views.
C1 is the big red plug, you should have +12V on the top right pin with the orange wire, and -12V (ground) on pins 6 and 14 which are both black wires with white stripes. Use the links to check out C1 and to see where C2, C3, and C4 should have power. Send me an email if you need instructions on how to use the multimeter to check for voltage.
If you go through all of that and find 12V everywhere it should be, then the problem is most likely the module
If you get really desperate you can drive over to Augusta on one of my days off and I'll help you out.Let us know how it goes.
