Has anyone installed the interior 'upgrade' with the wood look. I see it all the time in different parts magazines, but never seen it actually installed in a car..
My wife is buggin me about doing this.. Not that I would actually listen, but got to thinking that I have not ever seen it installed.
Yes, but on other cars and when I was younger and not as wise. These kits I have seen look cheesy and ricey, don't stay on well, and are a mess when you want to restore to the original look.
I personally think that unless the car came with the wood trim from the factory (Jaguar, Lexus, etc) anything else will just make the interior look real tacky.
Thanks guys. Mine's been on almost two years with no peeling problems at all.
Like any appearance mod it's a matter of personal choice and taste. I just wanted something to blend the black and light oak interior and wood trim seems to work.
