Nobody? I had heard the Supermaxx headers were fairly quiet, can anyone confirm this?

I think the exhaust makes all the difference. I've got Kooks longtube headers with high flow cats and a Z06 titanium exhaust and at idle, its just a bit louder than stock. There's a nice smooth idle to it now too, no more motorboat sound. While cruising, they sound great but you can still talk with your passenger, listen to the radio, etc. At WOT, they are just nasty!! I love it!!!!

Default Noise levels

All of the header installs that I have seen the headers only tend to make the exhaust sound deeper, richer. I definatly believe that it is the cat back that makes all of the difference. If you want quiet go with the Corsa touring. I have had too many people say that the dynomax was too quiet and they didnt feel like they got anything out of it. Give me a call at the shop, 281-870-8787 and I can go over header prices and cat back prices if you want to pick up more power.

Thanks for the info I already have the GHL's and I LOVE them. I spent a fortune going through different exhausts to find the right one for me. I guess I am just looking for a header that won't change the great sound I have into something overbearing.

Thanks!!
