Default WTF!!!! Racenet Performance is not responding?

I had bought some Taylor wires from them and cancelled my order due to a shipping problem. Ok, no problem since not their fault. I gave them the benifit of the doubt now, I bought a TransGo Shift kit and transmission cooler, and it's been almost 3 weeks and nothing. I've called, e-mailed and absolutely nothing. I even recently found out they never refunded my money for the wires. What the hell can I do to get my money back or get my F***ing parts if I can't contact them?!? This is absolute

Whew, I almost put an order in with them for $692 bucks, but I wanted to ask a tech question and held off on the order. I decided to check them out on this forum, and came across your thread. Racenet appears to be out of business, as they have not answered there phone for about three days that I've been trying, plus what I read on this thread. Sorry about your order, and inconvenience.

Anyone else have ideas, on how to get my money back? I had paid by Credit Card. Anyone in TX that can help me out by telling me what has happened to them? Thanks.

You should be in good shape if you paid by credit card. Call the card company.

I had the same experience with them almost a year ago. They shipped half my order and then disappeared. My credit card company issued me a credit for the undelivered items. I can't believe their website is still up and people are still getting screwed.

You can try and contact the Better Business Bureau. Not sure if they are registered.

This happened to me, all you have to do is call up your credit card company and then do a 'CHARGE BACK'. You get your money back, and they are left having to deal with it.

I dont understand why places do this. Seems like Bad Business.

Someone should email Racenet Performance and let them know about this thread . Maybe that will get some heat under their rears.

I know this is bringing up an old thread, but I just had the same experience with them. Called my credit card and disputed the charge.

No response to email, their 2 phone numbers are always either busy or go to voice mail. I have left a voicemail and no return phone call.

Stay away from these people.

When I first ordered them they said that the parts weren;t due to arrive till a later date, but I needed them asap so I cancelled the order. Ok, no problem, I gave them the benifit of the doubt and I ordered again some other parts for my driveline. Well, I've been calling for an update, and nothing. So after a few weeks I did this thread. I just contacted my credit card company and I'm disputing the charges. I also never got credit for the parts I cancelled. Hopefully I'll get my money soon, and I'll never do business with the, again. SAVE THE WAVE!!!! Nobody ever waves anymore.
