I have Z51 suspension on my car. Is there any significant change in handling with Z06 bars? Am I better off just changing the rubber endlinks to the Z06 ones?

let me be the first to answer this...... YES!!! DO IT!!! i did this about 2 weeks ago, and the difference is amazing! you only need the front swaybar if you have Z51 though. also, might want to lower the car at least on stock bolts.
i def. feel more comfortable pushing the car around turns at higher speeds now. the car stays pretty flat, and i now have a lot less body roll! the car does understeer now, but it feels great. sometimes i dont even realize how fast im going around simple turns because the car feels so flat on the ground.
im eventually going with bilstein shocks to compliment the Z06 bar! and soon will be ditching the run-flats. should be a nice setup.
... but def. Z06 bar is the way to go. and it took about 30 min to install!!

Since you have a 99 the Z06 bar kit will be a major improvement over the Z51 of your year. You will need the front and rear bars as well as the bushings and new aluminum end links. This is to upgrade to the 02 and newer Z06 bars. As the other person said you will be amazed at the difference.
