Steering vibration at engine start-up

I have an '01 automatic - 29,500 miles - live in Texas. In the last month or so, when I first start the engine to leave for work, I pull out (doesn't matter if I am backing up or forward) and start to turn out of the driveway, I feel a heavy vibration in the steering wheel. After about 30 seconds it goes away and I do not feel it while driving. What could cause this ? I feel it is still under warranty - but before I take it to the dealer - I would like this forum groups opinion.

Power steering-related, would be my guess. How's the fluid and belt?

Thanks MyVetteDream. I am a Newbie...what is "PCM" ? Just trying to educate myself when I talk to the Dealer. That way he thinks I know what I'm talking about and will not try to take advantage of me...not to say Dealer's do that sort of thing...
