I'm surprised they don't come that way from the factory. The amber turn signal is so much easier to see and distinguish from brake lights (assuming I'm defining Euro lights correctlyl). And it's not just European ... my Jeep has amber turn signals. Quite a few American cars do, and so do most Japanese cars.
I just installed a set last night, looks incredible.
They should come factory!!
I'll get some pics asap, but I'm sure you'll find some pics with a simple google search. If not, photoshop them in and see what it looks like. I usually photoshop any future mods on to pics of my car to see what it looks like, rims, spoilers, lights etc...it's the best way to not be dissapointed!!!!
I'll ask again....are you guys really putting Euros on Vette's? If so I don't understand how as Euros are usually an assembly of turn lights and brake lights molded into one piece, unless I'm thinking of the wrong thing.
Wow, I just walked outside and saw a black LT-1 with all clear Euros, what a quwink-adink. I don't like the all clear ones but the ones that Evil-Twin is sporting are pretty hot.
those look great. where can i get the chrome bulbs? when you brake, do the white portions light up?
I bought the chrome (titanium) bulbs from trucknvans.com, part # TITAN3157A. The chrome bulbs gets rid of the "egg yolk" look that you get with the stock amber bulbs.
The white portions light up when you use your turn signals, not when you brake.
