do you have to have the front air dam if you add the ACI or ecklers front chin spoiler??

removing the center section with the chin spoiler will caause overheating in the warm months.,

The ACI spoiler is designed to work in conjunction with your center OEM air dam undernearth, so YES it should be used.
The sides are not needed BUT can still be used if you so desire with this chin spoiler.
FYI: The 3 piece OEM air dam pieces are approx 1" closer to the ground than the ACI spoiler is. Knowing this, you can imagine how ugly those 2 side pieces might look along with the ACI.

Yes, the center piece is needed. It directs the air up into the radiator area.
