I only Dropped it approx. 3/4 inches. The car sat about 1/4 inch higher in the back in the stock set-up. to maintain the rake I left the rear a little higher than the front. The front and rear were dropped the same amount, but ther rear remains a little higher like stock. I did not drop it all the way for three reasons:
1. Dropping the front anymore would would make the car a museum piece because I could not leave my driveway.
2. I am thinking of getting new wheels down the road (probably IForged Aeros 18 inch) and I would like to have them on the car before I fine tune the wheel gap.
3. The car may settle more (I guess) it has been this way for about 2 weeks and about 250 miles.
Nice. I only lowered mine 1.5 inches but after seeing some of these pics like Evil-Twins and Allkars I think I might have to slam mine. Nice looking cars.

Get frame savers and rocker rails ... A&A Corvettes (Unsolicited plug for Andy has them ... great product, descent price! I have steep driveway too ... since I lowered mine and got these ... peace of mind.
thats exactly how mine is sitting now that i lowered it, and raised the back up a smidge to maintain the rake too. i cant stand ANY car or truck being lower in the back as many of these C5's on here are. even if they arent lower in back and have the same "measurments" they look like it when the rear wheel gap is so much smaller than the front. very nice car, nice color too haha

That was my take. I dropped the rake in the rear just a bit more than the stock angle...but kept it in case I put something in the truck etc...
For those of you that have your cars lowered, can you tell much of a ride difference? They look really great but I'm scraping that stupid spoiler in the front now allll the time. I'm just wondering how the ride is.
Mine seems soooo much smoother. Even my regular passengers have noticed.
I have base suspension (which I wanted because they are rumored to lower better and I don't need Z51 because where I live, if you drive one mile over the limit...these crooked LEOs will give you a ticket) Anyway, it stiffened up the ride probably to Z51 levels or thereabouts...
