Hate just hate to take it to Dealership for this...... Any suggestions for a fix? Just happened Driver side Only?
Just had this fixed on my passanger side window last Friday. Service tech said that it was one of three things at first glance. Bad motor, bad relay or bad switch. Since I could hear the relay clicking, I knew it was the motor and that is what they replaced. Hope you can find someone to fix it for you. I got lucky and it only took two tries to find a dealership/service adviser I trust.

I had a problem a while back where the driver-side window would not lower at all. Rather than lower very slowly or lower partially, it was completely unresponsive. I tried pulling the fuse that protects the driver-side window power (next to the Body Control Module under the footboard in the passenger footwell), and it was not burned out. I put it back in and voila, the window was working again. I later realized that my battery was going bad, and it was causing goofiness in the BCM where the relay that actuates the window was getting caught in the wrong state. You may want to check the fuse and check your battery if the window is unresponsive. If it lowers part-way or lowers really slowly, then it's probably a burnt out motor/regulator.
These things sometimes stop working due to non use. I had this happen to me but found that I could get it working again by operating the window switch while driving over a rough surface. After that I try to operate the windows on a regular basis. Have had the problem on both windows but everything is fine now. Some have reported that they can get them started by holding the power window switch down while slaming the door. However, this never worked for me. So, just give these ideas a try since it's a lot cheaper than going to the dealer.
