You should place some calls to State Police / Highway Patrol between here and there. Also, call your insurance company as they may be willing to get an APB out for you.

Arrived in Campbellesville and on the Blue grass Pkway a Pewter Coupe came up on me (same as mine) and I thought I had someting going. No front plate but the rear was OH.
Good looking blonde in the pass seat , didn't see the driver.
A wave and we we off. Sorry.

Man that is really bad news. I hope you went ahead and made a stolen auto report with your local pd. That way it will be in the system as a stolen and they'll have the VIN # too.
