That is
that is cost you $82.00 to find out that that the quality was junk-I thought that a company would stand behind their work, the way I look at it,if it ends up costing you money then the company knew it was junk, and in the end they made money off you anyways
Thanks for posting,I will never buy anything from RK Sports if that is how they treat customers

I would call the credit card company, and say This product was junk, and you want to dispute the charge,... and the cost to return itand restocking fee.. in other words because this is junk. you should not have to pay return shipping and restock fee...

You can see the parts and shape in catolog but can only assume that for $500 when other stuff costs 150 to 200 this would be superior. Wrong!! Silver spray paint no clear coat finish to install in a $50,000 C5 convertable

That would be waaaayyy bad **** if it was aluminum, but I think this is that $500+ plastic console painted "aluminum" sold by RK Sport. Never seen one in person, but always wondered if they were crap and it looks like they are

That also worked for me when a vendor got sticky once. (not a supporting vendor here, of course

Once the VISA platinum gods get involved, the vendors don't want to **** them off.
Once you start the claim, they'll tell you to pack it back up, ship it so you get a return receipt and keep everything. Even if they refuse to give you an RMA. At that point, VISA sees it as you have no product in hand and therefore are not liable for charges.
You will probably be out the return shipping and possibly the original shipping.
Good Luck and before you mail it back

After owning a BMW with real brushed aluminum dash and covering/then removing the glued on wood rim I found i really liked that Real Aluminum Brushed look and spent considerable time looking to duplicate it in my c5 which i love. The molded fake dash kit in aluminum looked like cheap 1 coat spray plastic, no justice in a vette

I bought rollbar from RK Sport, told me it was powdercoated black. When it arrived, pulling plastic off, along with the black powdercoating? They must have just painted it,wrapped it and shipped it. Called them and said the catalog stating "powdercoating" was a misprint. NEVER will I do any transactions with them. I have an RK Sport decal on My trash can, think of them every time I take the trash out!
