I recently traded by 96 CE LT4 convertible for a new 2004 C5 coupe.
Arriving home, I discovered that the owner's manual was missing. I called the dealer, and they sent me the owner's manual, just the manual. My question is - should the owner's manual include some kind of case? My 96 did.
thanks,
John

Yup, Mine came in a genUUUUine Corrinthein Pleather case. No flashlights or pens with the '04s though. They spent that money fixing the fuel guage and column lock.

Yes, I would think it would come with a nice leather (or something similar) case for the owners manual to slip into. My '00 came with the case as well as a pen, flashlight and note pad. Unless GM has gotten cheap and stopped putting these in the car, the dealer should be able to get them for you.

The manual comes in a "fake" leather case. Plus you get a card for a free membership (1 Year) to the NCM.
