Need tire help....
After my most recent mods it seems that the car is overwhelming the street tires. I am looking for a soft compound drag radial/ street slick in stock C5 sizes. Preferrably a bit larger than stock as I am running 255/40/17 up front and 285/35/18 out back. I would ideally like to keep these sizes. I am also going to keep the magnesium rims. Also can I just change out the rears and leave the fronts as is? The tires have less than 10K miles on them. The car is pleasure driven on the street and on nice weather days. It doesn't see a track but once per year. What do you all reccommend? Thanks.
