The other day I noticed that my left blinker was blinking fast. I am thinking, great here I go again. I have replaced at least 3 front parking lamp bulbs in the past 6 months on both sides. Only thing this time my left driving light still is on but but it doesnt blink. The blinker inside the car is blinking fast though. What could be the problem?

You have a bulb out again. Have you checked the condition of your bulb housings? The design positions the bulb too close to the plastic and over time it melts the plastic. Water then gets in throught the crack(s). Might be time for new housings. I cut a couple of small pieces of high temp material and inserted them through the bulb hole prior to mounted my new housings. It deflects enough heat that the housings don't melt. HTH
Nope, when my turn signal went the DRL worked fine. Like ptdrummer said, it's a dual filament bulb. If you've replaced that many it's time to start finding out what's causing it. You should inspect your bulb socket and wiring to see what is contributing to these frequent failures.
Seriously though, I agree with Talon90. My mom's 2003 Cavalier has gone through 6 rear tail light sockets. For some reason they were just dying. The lights were fine but the socket was screwed up.

I'm confused here . Yes, it's a dual filament bulb, but the DRL and Turn Signal use the same filament - the other filament is the lower wattage parking lamp. That's why when you put the turn signal on during the day, the DRL effectively flashes.
Check your front and rear bulbs closely, one of the 2 rear bulbs may be out. The reason the DRL doesn't flash could be that the DRL relay is not getting enough current due to a burned bulb in the rear. If that's not the problem, then it could be in the turn signal flasher module. My money is the rear bulb.
