Basically, exterior based on the Fixed roof coupe, different wheels, more HP/Tq, rear brake cooling ducts, transmission cooler

Fixed roof only on Z06 making it 12% stiffer and in conjunction with the FE4 suspension unique to the Z06, far better handling than a regular C5. More power - 385 in 2001 and 405 thereafter.
02 Z06 onwards has a more aggressive cam and sodium filled valves. 02 Z06 onwards has HUD as standard but the 01 Z06 never had the HUD. Z06 is lighter than the C5 as well.

That pretty much sums it up,except for the apperance(rear brake cooler,rear window,rims and tires(no run flats) and a few other things)
