Tuning?
Do you have to get a car tuned at a dealership, or can you buy one of those hand held tuners like the Preditor and other makes? How much does it cost to get a tune?

dealers don't "tune" your car...they only reflash it to get it back to stock 
the hand held ones are usually better for minor tweaks etc. and you need to know how to use them etc.
the best way of getting the most power is a tune on a dyno from a performance shop..unfortunately that voids your warranty
i think they usually cost around $400, or more...not sure
