As far as flat spots on your tires go. I bought some extruded styrofoam from Home Depot. Then cut pieces to fit under each tire. Then cut bevels on the rear ones so that I could drive up and over them and bevels on the front ones so I could drive up onto them. They have been great 2 1/2 years and I use them all the time. Easy to store and light and inexpensive. No flat spots and they help when I want to jack the car up. I bought 2" extruded.
As far as the rest of the car. Some put new oil in it before putting it away. And get yourself a battery tender to keep your battery charged. I take my battery right out now and keep it charged on the bench.
