I have a 2000 black on black, coupe and I am going to upgrade my wheels and was thinking of getting a set Z06 wheels, but I am looking at doing the black with the alumiun trim and studs (A three piece look), with 17/8.5 or 9.5 for the front and 18/11 in the rear. Whatever I get I want the extra rubber in the back.
Does anyone have any picks?
Any recommendations?
What vendors to use?
I really appreciate the opnions!
Thanks,
Micah

IMHO, I think that a black car with chrome wheels is exceptionally sharp. I think the black body needs some contrast somewhere and the chrome wheels do this nicely. Tint those windows, and you'll have a REALLY sharp automobile.

Try Bob at House of Wheels, Xtreme Motorsports, Corvette Garage, etc. They all are very good vendors and will take care of you.
I'm not sure just how the black on black would look as I have not seen many like this. Normally the black wheels have been put on lighter cars. I do know the chrome would look very good on the car. Good luck in whatever you decide.
