I"ve noticed that where the window closes against the driver's side, there's now a small gap between the window and the black "insulation"? I recently noticed it and thought it was how I had replaced the roof panel. After trying numerous times with the roof, the gap is still there and there's even a little water getting in. It's new, 2,000 miles only, so should I go to the dealer and get it fixed or is there something I can do to remedy it myself?
if your talking about the place I think you're talking about right up near the A pillar then I believe new weatherstripping is in order. However, I could be wrong. Go talk to the dealer or a competent local mechanic.
I had the same problem with my 04 coupe. I brought it to the dealer, they adjusted the window pitch, and it was tight against the weather stripping after that. No leaks, no noise. -AD

I've had the same thing on mine since it was new. The dealer said it would take close to a week to fix , so i decided that I'd rather live with it because it's not that bad and I really don't care about the noise. I do get a little water in at some speeds in heavy rain, but not enough to worry about.

I would say if you've got a gap, wind noise and water getting in you are a prime candidate for the window tip in adjustment. You can find a very good write-up on how to do it here:
Visit the Corvette site, then click on the "How To's" in the left pane then select the "Window Tip in Adjustment" it takes about 10 minutes to complete and about 1 minute each if further adjustments are required. I can all but guarantee that this will fix the issue.
