Just the usual goodies for an Anniversary Edition. Mostly badges and special color schemes, BUT...the addition of the Mag Ride Control was a great thing!!

Actually - all 2003 Vettes were considered Anniversary cars. Only the Coupe and the Convertible could be had with 1SC option group which included all the goodies like F55, Shale colored interior and top on the convertible, the champagne colored wheels and the special Anniversary Red paint. All 03's had the 50th Anniversary logo in the crossed flag badges hood and rear deck.

Yeah, mine has those and it's MSG. 50th badges are also on the front fenders and on the exaust plate.
Yes there was a package as stated above and the price on that package was appox. $5,000. The only options on a 50th were the following:
Glass top or Dual tops
Perf. Axle (auto only)
6 speed
Body Side Moldings
CD Changer or CD indash or Both
The came with everything else including the F55 suspension option. You couldn't get Z51 on a 50th.

My 2003 is an electron blue car - but I loved the color of the anniversary edition. That deep red is beautiful as is the shale interior and the cloth top on the verts. Only thing I didn't care for was the champagne wheels. Colorwise it looks good but somehow for such a car a painted wheel just doesn't get it. I much prefer the polished standard spoked wheel, or even a set of Z06 chromies... Just a personal preference. Probably would have bought one if it hadn't meant the extra money.
The anniversary red took my breath away when I first saw it. I also like the shale interior. MSRC is also terrific! I run with the glass top October to July.
I didn't think the Anniversary Edition Package was worth the extra money, but that's only personal preference. I like the polished rims over the champagne ones, and I prefer the black leather over the shale. The '03 came with everything I wanted.
My 03 Vert has the 50th badges in front and back, but then my owners manual also has it. But it's not really the 50th PKG. Color just didn't do anything for me
