It all depends on driver - some of the best drivers have gotten 11.9's, some of the worst are in the 13's.
A well driven Z06 can run 12.5's in stock trim.

I ran a 12.5@114 my 2nd pass ever with my completely stock 02 Z06. I would not consider myself a top-notch driver either. That same day there was another guy at the track also with a 02 Z with a Vararam and was running 12.9. Just some random info for ya. Have a good one.

Get motor trend mag. They test all cars and drive them hard. A 405 h/p Z runs about 12.50 and has hit 12.40 117mph with motor trend. An 01 385 h/p Z has hit 12.59 at 113 mph in motor trend. Get the Mag.

Check out http://gmhightechperformance.com/features/0410htp_zo/ Mag guys did 11.97 on stocker that they were not familar with and didn't even check tire pressure. What a refined beast the Z06 is.
