Name that sensor game!
I've been working on the HUD install on my 99 Coupe -
Upon opening the windshield heater grate - underneath it - there's the security LED on the passenger side, and "supposedly" another sensor on the driver's side - my car doesn't have anything on the left
Either it went missing the last time someone opened up the car, or the 99 coupe didn't come with one - anyone have any ideas what the sensor on the left side of the grate is?

found it!
I did a search on the forum and found it:
"Sun Load Sensor (on the top of the dash at one end of the windshield vent grill)."
This explains why my automatic climate control was never affected - I live in Seattle and we don't get sunshine here
