Disappointed
I need to know the correct procedure to complain about a business that advertises on the forum. I was in need of a part and contacted the business. We arranged for the money transfer and the part to be delivered. However, I received the part and called the business after installation to inform them that the part might be defective. I was told not to worry due to the fact that if anything happened, it would be quickly remedied. The part broke three weeks later. I sent it back to the business and now all I get is the runaround. Any help in explaining to me what I should do, would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck getting this resolved. 99% of the vendors here bend over backwards to keep you happy. Do like GrayC5 suggests and hope it all works out.

Yaeh but it's that 1 % that tries to bend you forward that hurts. !

He was telling me the other day that he thought prison life might be fun and fulfilling...

join the club, i'm the 1% bent forward
ordered 4.10 gears and hardened ouput shaft Aug 23
they billed my credit card Sep 15
it is almost Thanksgiving- i still have nothing
the worst is that i've been told a few times that it was going to ship. The last occasion i disassemble the car and yanked the differential, so it would be a quick swap- of course, it never shipped.
I see great posts from members who live near them, but I am not a local so i guess i am not important

Geez guys ... that's too bad.
I guess I have always been fortunate in dealing with fellow members and supporting vendors.
Good luck with the resolution.
