Is it safe to say that all wheels that fit a 98 99 camaro will fit a 98 C5! Interest in the 19" AT Italia Riva that will fit a Camaro but want to know if it will fit the C5 or is there something else I am missing.

Not sure if they will fit or not, but give the Tire Rack a call. They should be able to tell you if the offset is right and if they will accept sensors, etc.

I would check to make sure - there are other issues beside bolt pattern, width and diameter. If the backspacing isn't right, the wheels could stick out too far or not far enough. Generally wheels labled for C5 fitment take backspacing into consideration.
Tire Rack or Discount Tire are a couple of good choices for info, as well as any one of the Forum vendors that sells wheels along the left hand side of the main screen.
