Brighter head lights please
I have the PIAA fogs and Silver Stars for the head lamps. Is the PIAA bulbs for the OEM headlights brighter than the SS? Looking for the brightest to compliment the fog lamps. thank you

High Intensity Discharge, since the SilverStars aren't good enough.

FWIW & IMHO:
It might be worth your time to do a search on this subject/topic. About 2-4 months ago there were several very informative threads going on regarding C5 in general & Z06 in specific lighting improvement, both hid & conventional. The threads were on any or all of the following sites:

and either or both of the following:

www.turbobuick.com
Most/all will probably be found under HID lighting on the various boards/sites search motors.

I want to do something along these lines also, but I am still undecided. There were a few complaints against some of the various HID kits.
I am currently running Sylvania Silver Stars on my '87 Turbo Buick, but I would like something better on the Z06. One of the complaints against a particular HID system was that the HID system did not close the headlight doors on some occasions when you switched the lights off. Definite worth your interest to do a search on these.
